By placing an order on vgainpure.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

vGain Pure is a UK-based supplement brand. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to vGain Pure. Our contact email is hello@vgainpure.com.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the physical product.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe’s secure payment processing.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@vgainpure.com with your order number. Items must be returned unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns on opened products for hygiene reasons.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary between individuals. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking prescription medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the product label.

7. Allergies & Intolerances

While our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, we cannot guarantee they are produced in an allergen-free environment. Always check the full ingredient list on the product label before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on vgainpure.com including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of vGain Pure and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, vGain Pure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
